The NTSB keep aircraft accident/incident records that occurred in the USA. Databases such as this can be extremely helpful in recognizing trends and enhancing safety.
The easiest way to search aircraft accidents is at Aviation Safety Network. Each report has a link to the relevant NTSB file.
Click the first field and select "Aviation Fields", then "Aircraft Info", then "Aircraft Model". Type is the model "Bearhawk" and enter. It should return a list of accidents/incidents that occurred in the USA.
The + sign on the left of each report than then be used for a short precis, or the PDF file will provide the full report.
